Alhambra tickets & tours

We were fortunate to have a guide, Antonio, who took us through the tour telling us every little detail of the Alhambra's monumental complex. All with great competence and passion, and even a hint of irony scattered here and there along a three-hour-long tour.

Antonia was really great. It was really fun, you could gain a lot of experience and even learn more. It was a really great experience with Toni. We'd love to do it again.

Our bilingual guide, Carlos Fuentes, despite being early in the morning on Labor Day, was very pleasant and entertaining, a constant source of information and very interesting. Without Carlos Fuentes, the tour of the Alhambra would have been a tedious and lackluster experience, with so much to see but little explanatory information about it...Thank you very much, Carlos, for an unforgettable Alhambra experience! Our bilingual guide, Carlos Fuentes, despite the early tour hours on Labor Day , was very nice and pleasant, a constant yet very interesting source of information. Guide very knowledgable and the tour itself was excellent. However finding my guide was very stressful. The meeting point was not where shown in the email instructions and pictures. There was no 'Headout' branding anywhere to be seen e.g lanyards or banners to help locate my group and guide. (You should say if you subcontract the tours so that client s can find the right guide) I arrived at the meeting point 40 mins early and still nearly missed the tour as your guide was not where I was instructed to be. Asking other guides they confirmed the meeting point was right but she was assembling with all the other guides by the ticket office/cafe not where the busses drop off. This was incredibly stressful and I would l have been devastaed if I'd missed my group as it was a special birthday trip. I ended up with 3 mins to spare before the Group departed. I gather this a common experience and one that you really need to sort out. I was recommended to you by friends but they had the same experience too last year. That said, great tour, good booking processes. Thank you.

The Alhambra - from the outside you have no idea how large the total area is. 150,000 square meters full of beautiful gardens and imposing buildings. The palace of the Nasrids is the absolute highlight. Our tour guide Rachel gave us a great account of the history and the Alhambra.

Excellent experience. The guide was very clear and made us feel as if the Alhambra was alive. I also recommend to visit the Nazari palaces and get the tickets at least 5 months in advance.

We had a really nice guide, Sara, she knew a lot of things about Alhambra and answered all our questions. There was a break at the middle of the tour which was perfect. The weather was super hot I recommend bringing a water bottle and sunscreen.

The tour was very good. Their Google Maps address for the meeting point was not good, as it was wrong and misleading. You should definitely change that.

Ample time was taken. A pleasant guide who was sufficiently narrated and knowledgeable. He gave us a nice and interesting tour for 3 hours.

Punctuality and the commitment of the guide. However, we were disappointed afterwards to see that you were selling this trip at many times the original admission price!!! This is a real rip-off. This is not an advertisement for your company.

Alhambra is such a beautiful place, and the guide was essencial for us to really understand what every part was. Marta was very understanding and answered all our doubts and questions

The highlight of my visit was Julian, a very good Giude with a very good knowledge of German, who told us a lot about Arab culture. We also learned a lot about the history of the complex.

I was amazed by the architecture, the history of the Nazrid Palaces and the beauty of the whole complex particularly the generalife. We visited the cathedral on the ticket which is truly magnificent but did not choose to use the transport although we could have and would have been very simple.

We went early to miss the worst of the crowds. It was worth it to walk at peace in the Generalife and enjoy the gardens, see amazing architecture and stare in awe at the structure's.

Really good booking process and the visit to the Alhambra was amazing. Definitely needed to bring the passport as there were lots of checkpoints during the visit.

Discovering Andalusia From Seville to Córdoba to then reach Granada and easily visit all the major attractions using the Granada Card (purchased with the Headout app). Following the precise information we received through e-mail, we never had any problems using the aforementioned Card, thus visiting the Alhambra in perfect autonomy, then picking up the card related to the 9 city bus trips and using the tourist train. Also with the same Granada Card we then visited the cathedral, Sacromonte Abbey and other places of interest with entrance always included in the conditions of use. For us the use of the Granada Card was very useful especially for the time saved, avoiding long lines for entrances or the hassle of having to buy tickets for public transportation, etc. Positive experience, highly recommended.

Very good organization, the place spectacular. I highly recommend visiting it. Convenient also the trip from Malaga to Granada by bus.

Easy access to some amazing sights including the Alhambra, Cathedral and Royal Chapel.

By buying the tickets online, the procedures to enter were very quick. Instead, it was not clear on the 'app ticket (which I had to obligatorily download!!!!) whether the audio guide (included in the online ticket) was to be given to us at the entrance, or was it a QR code to download. Therefore we were NOT able to take advantage of the 'audio guide! Too bad!!!!

The Alhambra is an extraordinary complex and well worth seeing. Admission with the tickets booked in advance went smoothly. It was a lovely day

This experience is perfect for the Alhambra. Nice gardens and view. Interesting palace. There is a need however for have adequate people for the check-in to the palace (the process was very slow - only 1 person working). Better signage is also required. The security feeling was however very ggod.

Very simple handling of the Granada Card in addition to the Alhambra the cathedral the royal chapel and also the Monastery of San Jeronimo we enjoyed very much Congratulations

What a beautiful place, and despite the fact that it's full, it's not oppressive at all! The only drawback is that there's no more room for the Nasrid palaces.

Magnificent attraction. Amazing and impressive! Signage inside is terrible. Got very confused and lost. Entered backwards in Gerealife , then couldn't figure how to get to number 1. Wasted a lot of time figuring it out. Not enough staff inside that speak English to help us

We pre-booked n Granada card at 9 a.m. and contacted via email about exact time, but never received response. The Granada card is ideal for visiting Granada.

The information is wonderful, but the map doesn't match up with the flow of the place. It was very confusing to follow the numbers.

The format is perfect to have the tickets always in your cell phone. The only downside is that you have to get a card for transportation. It should be clearer. Best regards.

The Alhambra is a very impressive establishment with a special story. We had an excellent guide and you do need that to understand everything well. We did not have access to the palace, but it was still very worthwhile.

Absolutely must-see place for the intersection of cultures it represents. Our Italian-speaking guide Jose Manuel was very comprehensive.

The tour was very well organized and Paula's explanations were also very informative. Unfortunately, we had forgotten to book the Nazrid Palaces as well.

the tour guide was very well informed but seemed rushed. in fact, our "2-hour tour" was only 1 hour 40 minutes. also, we were charged extra for the required headphones that we needed to hear him through the device we had to carry! this nickel-and-diming is super lame and should have been included.

Accurate description of the experience. Christian our guide was knowledgeable and informative. The audio packs were a good idea and enhanced the experience.

Julia is a very attentive and knowledgeable guide. The tour was very interesting and entertaining. With the headphones you were always within earshot and understood everything well

When I booked I was put on a different day by the program than the one I chose. I contacted you for a refund you never responded to me. Also the guide via WhatsApp replied to me to contact you but you never replied. 66 euros thrown away. Very bad experience

I felt cheated by Headout!

The ticket was only for the guide. In my opinion, this was not explained clearly enough when the ticket was presented online. I didn't have a ticket. The communication with the support team was ok, but I really would have expected more goodwill. For example, a voucher. As it was, I completely wasted the €18

Everything was great, a very nice visit and with an excellent guide, very well explained and very nice.

The visit was very nice, I think it is essential to visit the Alhambra with someone who can guide you because otherwise you will see beautiful things but without knowing what each one is because inside the Alhambra there is no information that you can read.

Hector was amazing. He was super knowledgeable on Spain's history and the importance and history of the Alhambra. He was also very engaging. Money and time well spent.

I have been to the Alhambra four times prior but without a guide. Always loved it. This time with JJ as our guide was the most enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable and passionate to this magical place.

Everything went really well and we had a great tour. With a small group of 8 people, it was easy to explore the Alhambra.

I didn't like the fact that the guide kept pointing out that she couldn't help the dissatisfaction of the guests, that it wasn't part of the company and that all in all she seemed a bit listless.

I did not attend the experience because they cancelled my flight and have not refunded me or changed the dates despite my insistence.

It went very badly, we arrived very punctual after a long trip and there was no one from you at the meeting point that you told us in the mail. On top of that we called all the phone numbers we found on your page and they did not answer, we wrote to the chat and an automatic machine answered without giving an accurate answer to our request. In the end, we could not get in. We demand our money back, it was a terrible experience buying through headout. We will soon file our claim formally.
