Our bilingual guide, Carlos Fuentes, despite being early in the morning on Labor Day, was very pleasant and entertaining, a constant source of information and very interesting. Without Carlos Fuentes, the tour of the Alhambra would have been a tedious and lackluster experience, with so much to see but little explanatory information about it...Thank you very much, Carlos, for an unforgettable Alhambra experience! Our bilingual guide, Carlos Fuentes, despite the early tour hours on Labor Day , was very nice and pleasant, a constant yet very interesting source of information. The hour of the visit was changed the night before the day of the visit from 10am to 2pm and at the end of the tour we received tickets for night walk of Nasrid palaces ,but we couldn't make it because we didn't slept in Granada,this information wasn't mentioned in the voucher when we bought it,everything else was good.

The Alhambra with the Nasrid Palaces was very impressive!!! However, we had explicitly booked a guided tour in German. On site we were assigned a tour guide who gave the tour in English. When we asked about it later, we were told that not enough people had registered for a German tour... So unfortunately the tour was only okay for us. We couldn't enjoy the beauty as we had to concentrate on the English language. We also simply didn't understand many details.

I was amazed by the architecture, the history of the Nazrid Palaces and the beauty of the whole complex particularly the generalife. We visited the cathedral on the ticket which is truly magnificent but did not choose to use the transport although we could have and would have been very simple.

Discovering Andalusia From Seville to Córdoba to then reach Granada and easily visit all the major attractions using the Granada Card (purchased with the Headout app). Following the precise information we received through e-mail, we never had any problems using the aforementioned Card, thus visiting the Alhambra in perfect autonomy, then picking up the card related to the 9 city bus trips and using the tourist train. Also with the same Granada Card we then visited the cathedral, Sacromonte Abbey and other places of interest with entrance always included in the conditions of use. For us the use of the Granada Card was very useful especially for the time saved, avoiding long lines for entrances or the hassle of having to buy tickets for public transportation, etc. Positive experience, highly recommended.

The Alhambra is amazing. Definitely worth while getting up early to enter at 8.30am before the tour groups arrive. We spent almost four hours admiring the palaces and the extensive gardens. Warning: there are alot of steps to climb if you want to see the wonderful views. The snow on the Sierra Nevada made a spectacular backdrop. Hadn't realised the audio guide was in digital format rather than (old fashioned) headphones.

This experience is perfect for the Alhambra. Nice gardens and view. Interesting palace. There is a need however for have adequate people for the check-in to the palace (the process was very slow - only 1 person working). Better signage is also required. The security feeling was however very ggod.

Having the ticket in advance ment we knew we had a time slot booked which would have been impossible on the day. I don't think we saved any money as it would have been about the same cost to buy separate tickets and it would have been impossible to visit all the sights in 48 hours.

- When booking your Granada City Card, you must choose the date and the time of your visit to Alhambra. The Granada Card is automatically activated when you visit the Alhambra. It is then valid for 48 or 72 hours.
- You can also use the card to access public transport, with 9 trips on the local bus network and 1 trip on the tourist train included in the price of the Card.

You need to collect your tickets from a bus terminal in one of the following locations, showing your mobile card:
- Gran Vía 29: Sagrado Corazón
- Gran Vía 32: Sagrado Corazón
- Gran Vía 7: Catedral
- Gran Vía 4: Catedral
- Acera del Darro 8: Puerta Real
- Acera del Casino 5: Puerta Real
You will need to insert the LOC BUS code (provided on your ticket) on the bus terminal screen. Check the bus terminal location map here.
- Entry to the Nasrid Palaces is timed and dated, hence visitors need to arrive punctually, while entry to the Alhambra itself is flexible on the selected date of visit.
- Sacromonte Abbey’s visit is guided. You are requested to reach out to the venue to schedule a time to do the visit.
- Please carry your original identity document with you. It is essential for access to the Alhambra, and staff may request it at any moment.
- You can only visit each attraction once with this pass.
- Monuments visitation may be subject to alterations or cancellations without previous warning.
- These tickets can't be cancelled or rescheduled.

Alhambra is stunning. Nothing like i have ever seen before. The experience and our guide were all wonderful. We had a great time. The weather during our visit was perfect but 'm told summers can be too hot. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes- its a walk. But totally book it.
