Our bilingual guide, Carlos Fuentes, despite being early in the morning on Labor Day, was very pleasant and entertaining, a constant source of information and very interesting. Without Carlos Fuentes, the tour of the Alhambra would have been a tedious and lackluster experience, with so much to see but little explanatory information about it...Thank you very much, Carlos, for an unforgettable Alhambra experience! Our bilingual guide, Carlos Fuentes, despite the early tour hours on Labor Day , was very nice and pleasant, a constant yet very interesting source of information. The hour of the visit was changed the night before the day of the visit from 10am to 2pm and at the end of the tour we received tickets for night walk of Nasrid palaces ,but we couldn't make it because we didn't slept in Granada,this information wasn't mentioned in the voucher when we bought it,everything else was good.

The Alhambra with the Nasrid Palaces was very impressive!!! However, we had explicitly booked a guided tour in German. On site we were assigned a tour guide who gave the tour in English. When we asked about it later, we were told that not enough people had registered for a German tour... So unfortunately the tour was only okay for us. We couldn't enjoy the beauty as we had to concentrate on the English language. We also simply didn't understand many details.

It went very badly, we arrived very punctual after a long trip and there was no one from you at the meeting point that you told us in the mail. On top of that we called all the phone numbers we found on your page and they did not answer, we wrote to the chat and an automatic machine answered without giving an accurate answer to our request. Very knowledgeable guide lady, made the tour feel like forgetting the time,. The only negative, the meeting spot indicated in the message was not exactly where the young ladies were waiting for the tourists, they were inside a court where you need to know to get there, quite confusing.

Alhambra is stunning. Nothing like i have ever seen before. The experience and our guide were all wonderful. We had a great time. The weather during our visit was perfect but 'm told summers can be too hot. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes- its a walk. But totally book it.
